Group Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Notes
Your booking includes aerial activities only - party room for food or presents not included unless organized and authorized by the Releasee.
Guests should be dressed appropriately for the activity - leggings or tight-fitted pants on the bottom and long sleeves recommended on the top for silks, Shorts are recommended for Pole. No jeans, zippers or jewelry.
Aerial group bookings will start with a warm up followed by learning basic skills and tricks on your chosen apparatus.
Private lessons can request a specific skill or exercise to be taught. Requests must be given with 1 weeks notice for the coach.
Booking Guidelines
A deposit must be made upon booking to hold the booking (through one transaction only). The remainder of the payment will be due the week of the booking. Payment can be made via e-transfer to info@treelineaerialbc.com or by credit card through our online booking system.
You must provide the number of participants attending. Additional participants may be added, but we cannot refund if your numbers drop lower than the initial booking. Any additional participants must be added and payment made no later than 48 hrs before the booking.
For a group booking, the host must be at the facility for the party for assistance and added supervision.
The group waiver is signed on behalf of the booking participant's name prior to attending the session.
Guests are covered with studio liability insurance, but not accident or medical insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are refundable, less your deposit, 2 weeks prior to the scheduled booking.
Cancellations are non-refundable within 48 hrs of the booking time.
