  • Aerial silks combines beauty, strength and grace and will have your workout reaching new heights. This piece of fabric suspended from the ceiling is a true circus original and captivates audiences unravelling and descending from great heights. We know what you're thinking, ‘I could never do that’ . Allow us to change that belief.

Our beginner programme is designed to introduce you to this new world and teaches you skills one metre off the ground to gain strength and confidence. You will learn how to wrap the fabric, build muscle while learning skills (hello secret workout) and eventually learn to climb the silk when you are ready to break through your comfort zone. Our beginner programme has been tried and tested for over a decade, no matter what your background this class is for everyone. We do have to warn you, most of our beginner aerial silks students love this intro to the circus world and get hooked!

Check out the current aerial silk offerings through the Book Now tab above. Session classes can be found under "Sessions" and workshops and open training can be found under "Classes".

Pole dancing has transcended into the fitness world, trust us there’s no taboo here. An alternative workout that is fun, challenging all while being supported by your class members in a safe and positive environment.

We offer classes for teens to boost confidence, increase body acceptance and feel empowered. For adults whether you're brand new, a seasoned vet, trickster, you like to spin or want a little more edge in heels choreography we’ve got a genre to fit your needs.

  • Aerial hammock is a circus discipline, we like to describe it as a silk looped in half. You will be closer to the ground but still in the air and learn tricks and sequences which can be done static or spinning. Hammock is a great way to express yourself in the air and is a creative outlet for many of our students. If silks feels too intimidating or heights aren't your thing, hammock is an excellent starting point for your aerial journey.

We currently do not have any hammock classes running - watch this space! We encourage you to join Open Training classes if you have hammock experience.

  • Aerial yoga is low impact and our ultimate starting point if you want to change up your practice. You do not need strength or an active background; this class is open to everyone, come as you are. From the ground the hammock is used as a prop to support you in yoga postures, this can make traditional postures more accessible than if they were on the mat. Think of the yoga hammock as a trusted friend there to help you decompress your spine and relieve tension in your body through adapted traditional yoga stretches.
