How do I sign up?

Create a profile by clicking 'Sign Up' in the top right corner of our website. Once logged in, in the drop down browser go to 'Store' to access our purchase options. In the store you will be able to access and purchase our Treeline Online Membership.


I purchased the Treeline Online Membership! How do I access the videos?

Once you have purchased the Treeline Online Membership, you will be able to view the videos on your mobile app or on your web browser. To access, log into your wellness living account and head to 'Watch Video' in the drop down menu on the web browser. On the Treeline Aerial App, you will see a new tab on the bottom called 'Videos'.


The videos are loading slowly, what do I do?

Check your internet connection and try connecting to a different browser. Internet explorer or Firefox may be faster than Google chrome in some cases.


How often will I get new videos?

A new video is uploaded every week!


Can I download the videos?

The videos are viewable on your web browser or on our Treeline Aerial App with a paid membership only. You cannot download them from the site.


How do I cancel?

You are able to cancel your Treeline Online membership at any time. On your web browser, go to my profile in the drop down menu. Select 'Passes & Memberships' and find your Treeline Online Membership. Simply uncheck 'auto-renew' (also called 'convert to Treeline Online' if still within the 7 day free trial) under the Expiry section and your cancellation is complete.
