Perhaps you are looking for a gentler activity that can still get you in the air without the fear of the team being nervous or unsure? Our aerial yoga room is perfect for teams that want to connect on a more spiritual level and take a hot minute for themselves.
The aerial yoga hammock can be used as a prop for a deeper yoga practice with the added value of getting your team into the air but close to the ground just in case you want to sneak a foot back down to the ground. We can customize this experience if you want it to be more relaxing we have a candlelight option, or if you want to take it up a notch aerial yoga is also a great way to get a full body release and workout in.
These are our most popular options but we do offer aerial hoop, aerial straps, handstands and static trapeze as well for a full circus round robin.
